Special Meeting in Louisburg, KS on Sunday, February 26

This coming Sunday, February 26, we're planning to hold our morning worship service in Louisburg, KS in a joint meeting with the believers at Christ Covenant Church, most of whom have visited our meetings in Columbia and attended our Fall Fellowship Camp in the past.

The special meeting will start at 10:30am.  The plan is for *both* Dan Pentimone, the Christ Covenant Church pastor, and me to speak -- giving shorter sermons than usual. 


There will be a "pot providence" lunch immediately after the meeting, so we'll need to bring some food to contribute to that.  Their kitchen has a stovetop, microwave, oven, and fridge.

The church building address is 1 Aquatic Drive, Louisburg, KS 66053.  The directions from Columbia are: 

• West on I-70 to Kansas City, 
• South on I-435 for 18 miles, 
• South on US Hwy 69 for 22 miles into Louisburg,
• East on KS-68 two miles to Aquatic Drive.

Events like this are valuable in broadening our circles of fellowship and increasing our appreciation for the Kingdom of Christ beyond our local church.  Hopefully nearly all of us will be able to participate!
