In John 5:19-30 the Lord Jesus describes the relationship between God the Father and Himself (God the Son). He discusses three aspects of their relationship: (1) The *unity* between Father and Son, (2) The *love* of the Father for the Son, and (3) The *submission* of the Son to the Father.
